  • How to use my calling card?
    • 1. Dial local access number :https://canadacallcards.ca/Access_numbers
      2. After a voice prompt enter your PIN number (sent by e-mail after the purchasing). After first call the system will remember your phone number and next time you won't need to enter the pin. If you call from a different number first time you need to enter PIN number. Pinless functionality is only available for valid CallerID.
      3. Dial your destination number -> Dial 011 + country code + city code or 011 + country code + mobile code + phone number. Example for Germany mobile -> 011491XXXXXXXXXX. Do not dial a zero before the city code or mobile code. Find all countries codes: http://countrycode.org/

  • Will I be charged for unanswered phone calls?
    • You will not be charged if your call goes unanswered. However, you will be charged, if the call is connected with an answering machine, voice mail or fax. The amount will vary according to the rate of the purchased card.

    • Cellular phone outside of the USA , Canada, China and India are higher rate per minute. You can check our rates depending on the country you are calling to HERE.
  • Do I have to purchase a new card when the card I purchased runs out?
    • No, do not have to purchase a new card when it runs out. It is easy to re-load your card by accessing your account using the card number and PIN provided at the time of your initial purchase.
  • How do I contact Customer Support?

  • Can I have access to my call history, card balance and the rates charged to my calls?
    • We provide our users access to their account history when they login on the Canada Call Cards site. Use your card number and PIN to see account information. Login Here
  • Am I charged the same rate no matter what time of day I make my call?
    • No matter what time of day you make your call, the rate is the same.
  • Do I need to use my PIN every time I place a call using my Canada Call Card?
    • You will need to use your PIN each time you place a call from a home, business or cellular phone. However, if you are a subscriber to Caller ID on any of those accounts, after the first call placed from that line, you may be able to use the services without a PIN.
  • What should I do if I do not have a clear connection when I make my call?
    • If you are using a cell phone, it is possible that your problems are with the cellular carrier connection, so confirm that you have a strong signal before you make a call. If you are having problems with the quality of your call and you are certain that your cellular connection is not the problem, please do not hesitate to contact customer support. Customer Support
  • Is there a connection fee charged for activation of any of your calling cards?
    • No there is no charge to activate any of our calling cards.
  • What should I do if I am having problems placing my call?
    • First, please verify the number you are calling is correct, and that you have dialed correctly. You should not dial “0” before the city code of any number for a long distance call.   • What should I do if I lose my calling card number and PIN?
    • If you have lost your calling card number and PIN, and no longer have a copy of the purchase email from canadacallcards.ca, please contact customer support. Customer Support
  • What is the toll-access line?
    • As a service for our customers, canadacallcards.ca offers the service of a toll-access line at a low rate of just 4 cents a minute for users who are making calls in an area that does not yet have local access numbers. We offer this toll-access number as a means of keeping your call rates lower than those of your cell and home phone providers in the interim period before a local access number is offered in your area.
  • Is there a charge to call a canadacallcards.ca access number?
    • No, canadacallcards.ca does not charge a fee to use any of their local access numbers, only for the toll-access number. However, when you are selecting an access number from our list, be sure that it is a local call for you, otherwise you may be charged by your phone or cellular provider. You will also be responsible for the minutes you use on your cellular according to the contract with your carrier.
  • What payment methods are accepted to purchase canadacallcards.ca phone cards?

  • What is calling card?
    • Calling Cards or phone cards, are a prepaid method of making a long distance (domestic or international) calls. In using a phone calling card you save money on your long distance phone bill. With a Canada call cards you can buy and talk at very low rates. You simply pay for the calling time in advance and reduce the prepaid balance as you make phone calling.
  • What is the transaction fee for buying a Canada Call Cards long distance calling card?
    • We do not charge a transaction fee for the purchase of one of our calling cards.
  • How quickly can I expect to recieve my calling card information after my payment it processed?
    • You should receive an email with your calling card number and access PIN shortly after your payment is processed. If you do not receive an email please do not hesitate to contact customer support .
  • Does the purchase of one of your calling cards require a contract?
    • We do not require users to sign a formal contract, although we do expect them to adhere to our Terms of Use.
  • What is access number?
    • Local access numbers are regular phone numbers. You can call from a cell phone and from any phone. You can see our access numbers.
  • What does rounding mean?
    • This is the basic unit to record the length of your phone calls. Industry standard is one minute rounding, as in the case of your residential telephone services. Prepaid calling cards can be rounded to one, two, or even three minutes. If it is rounded to 3 minutes, your 30 seconds phone call will be considered as a 3-minute phone call and your 4 minute phone call will be considered as 6 minute phone call.
  • Where I could make phone calling?
    • You can make telephone calling to all countries.
  • What does week maintains fee mean?
    • This is the fee to maintain services for some prepaid cards. More calls calling card have no maintains fee . The maintenance fee will be taken from your telephone card every one day or weeks (depends from the card) since you buy card and as long as there are still available ballance on your card.
  • Can more than one Caller ID use Pinless Calling Cards?
    • Yes, it is possible. Suppose we have two Caller IDs: • Caller ID #1 • Caller ID #2 Then: 1. Caller ID #1 dials DID number, calling card system asks to enter PIN number. 2. Caller ID #1 enters PIN number 1234. calling card system assigns this Caller ID #1 to Calling Card with PIN 1234. 3. If Caller ID #1 calls once more, it is not asked to enter a PIN because calling card system has assigned it to calling card with PIN 1234. 4. Now Caller ID #2 dials access number, calling card system asks to enter PIN number. 5. Caller ID #2 enters PIN number 1234. Now calling card system deletes Caller ID #1 and assigns Caller ID #2 to Calling Card with PIN 1234. 6. If Caller ID #2 calls once more, it is not asked to enter a PIN because calling card system has assigned it to Calling Card with PIN 1234. 7. If Caller ID #1 calls once more, it is asked to enter PIN because Calling Card with PIN 1234 was assigned to Caller ID #2. 8. Etc.
